Bless you for reaching out for help. Please take the next footstep and look into getting either inpatient (residential) treatment or outpatient counseling. Inpatient treatment has a lot more structure than an outpatient program.
This site may have some local treatment centers for those with a substance abuse problem(s), and some may have financial (money) assistance for those without health insurance: http://dasis3.samhsa.gov and can click one’s state of residence on the map and continue with the search.
For a Narcotics Anonymous meeting (and the only requirement is having a desire to get sober): http://www.na.org (The 12-step meetings are *not* in place of actual therapy.)
Alcoholics Anonymous meetings (and one may attend an “open” meeting if doesn’t have a drinking problem): http://www.aa.org
This site has some common mottos pertaining to those 12-step programs such as “One day at a time”, “First things first” and “People, places and things”: http://www.royy.com/toolsofrecovery.html
I should’ve mentioned that my friend has a Traumatic BRAIN INJURY (TBI) from huffing at the age of 12, now in her 30s. Please do talk with a licensed addictions professional before it’s too late for you.
