I know …. i am addicted … i spent HOURS , DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS, YEARS in front of the glowing box … how do i get rid of the addiction ? its very frustrating … teachers don’t really understand me and they are always pissed off cuz i dont study enough … 😐 You see the thing is i dont want to go to the psychiatrist … they just tell me to stop using the PC , they cant do anything else ( which is not helful , AT ALL). I live in a retarded country where doctors get their degree with just a small bribe and medicine is about to collapse,,,, So I can’t consider going to the doctor … what can I do ?

you just have to use to for the good…use it for school work, learning about history, stats, educate yourself during those busy days/years of internet! Look at me…I’m doing the same thing little buddy! so are millions of people. just stay away from negative sights…I do not know a doctor in the medical field who has ever received a diploma for MD with a small bribe!

Find other things you enjoy to do. Make it so that you can only spend x amount of hours per week on it. Start at a little lower than what you usually do and go lower and lower each week and you will eventually find you are free from it.
